Since man&#8217;s primary need is food, activities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>human beings related to food production are<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>necessarily those that can provide the<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>greater employment opportunities.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>To get the most out of any activity, the first fundamental requirement is to possess the scientific-technical knowledge of<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>disciplines that underlie that activity. It seems a more than obvious observation, that<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>many young people seem to have a clear understanding of<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>choice of their field of study, but what for<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>many others, starting with our politicians, seem unfortunately to have no basis.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Among the many and varied disciplines that are<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>at the base of agricultural production activities, the<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>animal husbandry occupies a prominent place, too<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>if blamed by animal rights activists, vegetarians or<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>they are vegan. Without prejudice to the right to<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>continue to be omnivorous, as the evolution of the species has formed us, is appropriate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>emphasize the nutritional superiority of<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>foods of animal origin than those<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>of vegetable origin.
